Peninsula Vegans Unite!

Peninsula Vegans Unite is a group for people who are: vegan, vegetarian or veg-curious and live on the Peninsula (Part of Hampton Roads) or live regionally to the Peninsula. Our mission is to form a community of compassionate and like-minded people on the Peninsula. Of course we also welcome people from all over greater Hampton Roads area!

 

We plan events such as meet ups at restaurants, vegan cookouts, parties, play dates for our kids, potlucks and to attend local vegan festivals and events supporting animal activism in the greater Hampton Roads Area. This life choice can feel very isolating at times. We have all felt it! The vision behind this group is to offer a support system. We are all on different legs of this journey into veganism. We are not here to judge, only to support and encourage each other as we commit ourselves to improving our health, saving our environment and of course sparing the lives of the most innocent and most tortured creatures on this planet.
